my 14 year old found out that santa Clause is not real and is very upset, what do i tell him?

Tell him it's January and nobody cares any more.

My sis was the same way when she found out. Tell him the real story of santa.

See there was a St Nick at one time but he passed away a LONG time ago. He did indeed build and give toys to the children of the town on Dec 25th. It was because it was the holiest day of the year he was doing it as a charity out of the kindness of his heart.

Us parents continue that tradition for our children and others. As that is the meaning of christmas, to give to others less fortunate.

I found out in 2nd or 3rd grade when I was being adventurous and found the JACKPOT. tell him that you are very sorry ,and the whole Santa thing got out of hand. He will cool off. don't worry!

i was 13 when i found out all i wanted to hear is that she was wrong to lie. but that is not the best thing to do! my mum said how bad xmas would have been and explaind it was a thing you did if you loved a child and wanted to make xmas special and eventhough its a lie it makes the wold mor magical
