No, it is not true. If the world ends in 2012 what will they do with the money they get.

They are doing so with some hidden purpose. For example the government imposed a ban on appointments with a view to save money,showing economic crisis. The hidden reason was to curtail funds from non plan budget & increase funds in the area of plan budget which is more beneficial to elected leaders.

Similarly Pension scheme of government servants was dropped in the name of economy and the pension of political leaders was raised considerably.

Even the educated mass is unable to think so deeply. They have brought education & health under private sectors with hidden objectives behind them.

In democracy heads are counted & not the intelligence.
