Is there only 1 elder scroll in skyrim ?
Pretty much what the title says my freind said he found a 2nd one outside of the main story so im just wondering Thanks
He said the 2nd elder scroll gives +10 to all points and you can chose from the thief mage or warrior not stone but elder scroll
he also said it is a super hidden cave in the clouds on the map but you can only see it if your walking

No your friend is stupid at the end of the story a guy ask you to get some blood and thin he takes you to this place and gives you this great book that upgrades your skills in that area by 5points each he does not know what he is talking about.

Played 90% of this game and have found only one Elder scroll. There is no requirement of second Scroll, one is enough.
May be your friend is bluffing. So that you waste your time is finding the second scroll.
