Well... it's not going to help!
This will depend on the field your looking to get into and the options for employees they have available. Generally speaking, your interview will determine far more then your paperwork. However, if all other things are equal, one would rather hire someone without a record then with. All other things are never equal though so I wouldn't worry about it, especially being that there is not really anything you can do to change it.

arrested for anything will hurt you.. the best you can do is explain your situation, it really depends who is looking at your profile
