Where did u buy it from? I had the same issue. A dodgy batch was sent to a shop. they said to call warner. They will ask where and wen it was bought, and for an email address. Then they will give it to u. Or at least they did for me. =] ps. Try to get the code before starting the game. I didn't, so the catwoman story didn't tie in until later on. Pps. Can't remember warners phone number. Try their site.
