trying to get rid of a folder?

i am trying to get rid of a folder that i created on my laptop. every time i try to move it to the recycle bin i get a message that i need permission to make changes to this folder. where do i get this permission?

    Are you logged in as the admin?

    If there is no longer some thing on your computer you want to keep then reformat the hardcontinual. in case you want to keep pictures and classes back those as a lot as yet another disk or yet another hardcontinual and reformat

    Right-click the folder and select 'Run as Administrator'.
