i there's lots of reasons you might have chipped your tooth, but your going to have to wait until the baby tooth goes away - on it's own time. :) Yes, there's really no way you can wiggle a stubborn baby tooth out without a lot of pain...sorry :)

How old are you? Is this tooth an over retained baby tooth? It may not be. Best to let a dentist hav a look and maybe remove the remaining bit.
