I am looking to pinpoint a name of a disorder where the middle-aged adult still acts and behaves as if they were in their early teenage years?

It all depends on on WHY that person acts the way they do. With what you've given it can be anything from Immature Dependent Personality Disorder all the way to child abuse, or trauma.

need more symptoms. could be due to drug abuse, or a personality disorder. histrionic or borderline personality disorders are pretty dramatic, and have symptoms such as poor judgment, little to no impulse control, irresponsible, little regard for consequences, self absorbed, emotionally erratic, need to be the center of attention, reckless, etc etc etc
