Songs keep restarting after 10 seconds! help!!?

Whenever I choose a song on my iPod, the song plays for 9 or 10 seconds then starts again and plays the full song.

this only happens on few albums on my iPod. I think it started when I added the cover art.

I know the files aren't corrupt because they play flawlessly on windows media player, but only on my ipod and itunes they restart. they also did this on my old ipod.

if anyone knows how to fix this i'd really appreciate it!!

    Hello,

    Delete the tune and re-install it.

    if you have a jail-broken ipod put it into safemode and see if that makes a difference

    there may be problem with the shuffle mode check with the settings

    ....
