What is the Voltage on a 2002 Ford Excursion 7.3 Diesel ?
is it 12 or 24 volts ? There are 2 batteries and I am wondering would it be safe to Jump start other vehicles with it ?

The system is 12 volts. It has dual batts for the extra load to crank a cold diesel. Glow plugs and a heat grid in the intake.

12 - the batteries are in parallel not in series.
Yes you can jump other vehicles.
