Transport links in London are excellent so it doesnt really matter but I suppose Westminster is the more obvious choice.

Both offer great access to London- via our underground net work. While Liverpool street is in the City of London please don't dismiss it. you are close to many of London's historical Landmarks- Tower of London, London Bridge, St Pauls Cathedral, The Barbican, The Globe theatre and many, other wonderful places.

The Hotel in Westminster is closer to the West End of London-, but only just. Here you are closer to Trafalgar Square, The houses of Parliament, The Royal festival Hall and other lovely places.

Where you stay should be based on cost. Both Hotels are in transport zone 1- the very centre. Once you arrive just buy a Travelcard, you can jump on any bus or underground ( tube) and wlak around the Capital.

Below id the transport for London link, whihc tells you about how to get around London once you are here.

Well, if you are filthy rich and want to rent a car then it doesn't matter.

Otherwise Westminster is right across the street from the tube station.

That is the way to get around in London. Westminster is better location because of easy access.

Liverpool street is a little further out but has good links to reaching most parts of the city by bus and tube. Its a small safe area so perspnally i would go there instead of Westminster which attracts homeless people at night
