Should N.H.S. remove breast implants?

People with privately funded implants now, apparently, want them replaced by the N.H.S. Is this feasible when seriously ill patients are denied "expensive drugs"

I can understand that these ladies need/want them removed NOW. also believe that they don't want to go back to the clinics that put them in.

By all means let the British ladies who this affects, have them removed by the NHS but let them pay for new ones privately ,as before - the only exceptions should be ladies who had their breasts removed because they had cancer

The government has said the NHS will do the operation only if the original clinic has closed or the original clinic refuse to do the operation.

Surely they should just replace the implants or the women will have to have 2 operations?
