SWTOR graphic problems in game?

I just bought SWTOR and I started playing but I can't see anything, it's like I'm stuck in the ground and there is a wall in front of me? I use to play WoW and that ran perfectly

    How much memory does it have? What kind of video card does it have?

    I'm sure SWTOR will require a system with significantly more power than a game released 7 years ago.
