Nope. You would have to activate your prepaid by yourself online or through the toll free phone number inside the cell phone package. When you activate online or calling to activate they will ask you for your mailing address. You can give your friend's address if you wish. There is no phone bill. No bill will be mailed to you since it is a prepaid service. Your bill can be viewed online with your cell phone activities of your calls and numbers that you text and received texts.

No. If you buy a Straight Talk phone they will want your personal information.
If you buy a Tracfone or Net10 phone you can bypass putting in your personal information.
I do not know about any other prepaid cell phones when it comes to giving personal information when activating your new prepaid phone.
