Why does FOX news make a 'joke' of the news given ?

Like, Sky News UK and Ireland give the news seriously without laughing and making a joke and saying things like O my god you wont believe this or ya right and all phases like that check it out for yourself ! Sky UK and Ireland channels 501 and 509.

    This is not unique to Fox News but is common among all American news. The reason is that the people reading the news are supposed to come across to the audience as human, interested parties rather than simply reporting news. People would rather see their news reporters showing emotion and it draws people to watch the story. It is the same reason many stories are sensationalized. It is all about ratings and has little to do with the news.
