¿Un programa para editar video?

Quiero cortar pequeños clips de videos más largso,tenía un programa pero lo borré y ni me acuerdo cómo se llamaba ¿Me recomiendan alguno?

    Podes usar el windows movie maker o el camtacia studio's dos programas muy buenos y utilizados para hacer muchisimos video tutoriales o lockendos y demas videos editados en un hogar por cualquier persona, sin tener la necesidad de saber sobre el tema ( edicion de video )

    El mejor por lejos es el Sony Vegas. Tiene infinidad de opciones para editar video con audio y crear efectos, transiciones y elegis el formato en el que quieres guardar tu creacion.
