Whether you’re playing at a home game or in a casino, there is basic poker etiquette that any player should know and follow.
1. Don’t Play Out of Turn
2. Don't Talk About Your Cards While the Hand is Still Going On
3. Don't Show Your Cards (Until the Showdown)
4. Don't Splash the Pot
5. Don't Be Rude or Mean

Talking about the hand in progress is very bad form!
Slow rolling is rude and unnecessary.
Someone said acting out of turn, while true in a live game you just can't physically do this online as the software won't allow you to.
Betting-wise, in terms of amount and situation (say when someone is short stacked and about to go out in a SNG) do what you like, they're your chips - don't let any tell you otherwise!
