There is no set time oddly enough. They start doing the delivery rounds very early in the morning, and probably don't finish until early afternoon. It will depend where abouts you are on the route, and how many items the post man has to deliver to the houses he visits before you.

everyday day if you have any post, except sundays and bank holidays.
