How long do mince pie keep and can you freeze them for how long ?
i got some mince pie from bakery how will they last, can i freeze them are can keep in a tin recook them ?

They will last 2-3 days in the fridge, perhaps a bit longer and for ages in the freezer, but it is recommended to keep a max of 3 months
Just reheat them, not cook them again. 25-30 minutes at 180C is about the time but check after 20 minutes.
Use a metal skewer or the point of a slim knife to stab through the centre and touch it to the inside of your wrist or the underside of your top lip to check for temp.
