You might want to try:
PS Express (Free) - The official iPhone app from Adobe. Though it does not replicate the functionality of Photoshop, it does produce some cool editing effects.
Instagram (Free) - another great photography app. I like the old school, retro effects that you can apply to your photos.
Snap-A-Note (Free) - I know you haven't heard of it, but I'm actually using this app if I have to immediately take pictures and send them right into my inbox for later editing.
ProHDR ($1.99) - Excellent app for high dynamic range shots. It features a manual mode that lets you choose where you want to adjust brightness and darkness in your shot and of course, an automatic mode.

If you Google "photography cliches", you'll find Instagram and fake vintage filters making multiple lists. Steer clear of it if you want to produce decent shots.
Photoshop has an app.
