Someone able to clarify this for me?

This is about some answers being deleted (I am only going to reference one, but I think this will help me understand the issue with others). Every time I have something deleted from Y!A, I get the exact same answer, just with a different case number and rep. And it is always the long vague, this covers everything answer.

I had an answer deleted recently. Question was: How do I ask a question an Y!A

Answer: I usually just yell at the computer until something starts showing up right.

(Not exact wording, but along those lines.)

I have answered many questions like this before (not all the ones in question are like this) and I have answered many of them in similar manners. I even had one elected as the best answer, then the next day deleted by Y!. Often times, I can find the question that was asked still on Y!A with many more answers resembling mine- sometimes with many before, but always many after. So why would my answer be deleted and not be allowed back in but these can stay?

A lack of thorough explanation often makes me wonder if the system is purely automated. I only wonder that because I know how to write a script to do just that for this where even the case numbers won't be repeated. But then again, it might be a policy of Y! to use prescripted answers like this just to keep from offending.

So, I am hoping maybe someone can help shine some light on this for me.

Update:

My answer is no more bs than the question being asked. To ask how to ask is sign and proof that the asker does know how to ask, otherwise they would have to read the FAQ or send an email to the yahoo support team.

As I stated, there are answers that are similar to mine that were left in tact. And I have a few others like this, also left in tact.

And you can find several where the people answer "I don't know", which is just as much of an answer as mine is.

Update 2:

That is something that I stated in my rebuttal. The question remains in tact, my answer remains removed. Doesn't seem fair.

Update 3:

Actually, by law, if everyone is speeding and doing the same speed, no one person can be given a ticket. But if there was one person in that area, not in the slow lane, doing the speed limit, they can be ticketed for impairing the flow of traffic. My dad is a cop, and he told me about that being a stipulation that makes no sense.

well that answer is a violation because you no dang well it is BS, now isn't it? You must attempt to answer the question. This site is to share knowledge, not to see who can give a smarthmouth answer.

Y!A is community-moderated. Posts which are reported by one or more reliable users is deleted.

If you would read this information, you might learn how the site works.

Also, the question, how do you ask a question on Yahoo!Answers is, 99% of the time a violation, someone just being a smartypants, and have usually been asking questions for years, and they are just trolling, because obviously if they asked the question, they know how.

Simple, you did not attempt to provide an attempt at a useful answer. If you saw other answers that were just as bad, report them. They are violations also and just have not been reported yet. If the question is BS, report it. Just like people speeding, not everyone gets caught. You have no case on appeal.

Yes. The perception that God by hook or by crook "is aware of" the longer term, what all people goes to do or make a decision, is illogical nonsense, and fairly unbiblical. God does have ideal advantage. He is aware of all that's knowable. What we have now but to make a decision isn't knowable. It falls within the equal class as a "circular triangle". The proven fact that it's an illogical impossibility does now not shrink the truth that God is God. It simply implies that fact is truly, and that's how God offers with it. Good query, neighbor.
