I have an IVC filter.?

I've had my IVC for four years now and was curious if there was a "life expectancy" on this device. I can't recall specifically as to the exact "make or model", but was just curious to hear about those out there who have one. Should I be concerned about getting it removed?

    There's no set "lifetime".

Unfortunately, after four years, they're generally not removable.
