How long did it take you to get over your?

Jacob - First boyfriend - Dated about two years - Took me a year and a half.

Lee - Third "real" boyfriend - Dated 8 months - I'm still not over him. We mutually ended our relationship because of the distance between us (he was in the army). We still have feelings for each other.

Until I meet someone else. My ex-girlfriend and I broke up a year ago and I still miss her sometimes. It was like that with the girlfriend before her and those feelings went away after I met my ex. We were together for 8 months.

- If they were an a$$ and I realized that they were being an *** then it doesn't take more than one or two weeks (I don't go back out and date, I just don't like that dude anymore)

- The guy that was my ex before I ended up talking to my amazing boyfriend... we were both 14/15 and we were dating for a long time, then again just for a few weeks but he was an a$$ to me

i am 16. i was with my boyfriend for 6 months. we were best friends for 3 years before that and he cheated on me and left me for the girl he cheated on me with.

that was 6 weeks ago and i am not over him now and i still think about him at least once every single day.

its even worse than past relationships because in the three years i've known him this is the longest we have ever gone without speaking. i hate not speaking to him and i miss him being my best friend more than anything but i refuse to forgive him for being an absolute prick.

We lasted: 10 months.

It took me like 3 months to get over him. He was a jerk.

I'm 15 years old.

I had my first boyfriend and we dated for 1/2 a year, had the nerve to leave me for another girl turns out b otch got his karma bad and that girl left him a month later for another girl... Took me a month cause everyone should realize if they don't find you worth it neither should you think highly of them.
