How in the world did Brazil get approved for the World Cup?
The country is riddled with crime and corruption. It's a lot worse than South Africa. I'll be staying in Rio in a nice area, but still, I heard that murder and robbery runs rampant and the government/police can't do much. How did Brazil get approved?! Did they sweet talk FIFA execs or promise they'd heighten security, etc?

They were due for a world cup and their name got picked randomly and Brazil LOVES football! They will be ready in time for the world cup its OK, no need to stress out.
