Videogames Skyrim vs Fable vs TES?

My friend, Skyrim is TES 5... But to answer the question.

More detail... I've played both, and as you say, Fable is amazing, fable 3 is muuuch better and Fable lost chapters, but at the end of the day, Skyrim can do everything Fable 3 can do and more.

Plus Fable 3 I found was really anti-climactic, while skyrim oozes awesome almost the entire game.

I say first buy Oblivion or Skyrim....they're both part of the Elder Scrolls series of video games. They have a bit more of a story line and a bit more of a challenge and leveling up compared to that of Fable. With Fable you can really just rush through the story in a day at most but Skyrim and Oblivion are endless. Even after you complete the main story of Oblivion, which takes at least a week, you still have guild story lines and the Shivering Isles add-on. Let's not forget the Knights of the Nine. And Skyrim is just as endless if not more so. Skyrim lets you do a bit of the true grunt work for the guilds and sometimes you need to rebuild a guild. I say go for the Elder Scrolls.

Skyrim, or TES V > Fable. There is far more to do in Skyrim compared to Fable, and the gameplay is more immersive. The story tends to be kind of short in Fable games, but Elder Scrolls games never seem to end.

TES is Skyrim. Elder Scrolls is the name of the franchise.

Skyrim is definitely much better than fable TLC

fable TLC is very linear where as Skyrim is completely open world

Skyrim has much more quests relative to fable

Graphics are far superior than fable

Fantastic crafting system in skyrim whereas fable has none
