Who is a comedian that used the phrase "uh huh" when someone does something that could be considered gay?

I can't remember what show he was on, I think it may have been First Amendment stand-up. But he was a comedian who instead of saying something was gay, he would use the phrase "uh-huh". One of the jokes was "My friend had all my favorite foods on a plate, and I ate it, i had to give myself an Uh Huh for that" Does anyone know who this comedian is, or where i may have seen this joke.
