Does anyone know what itchy skin without the presence of a rash might be a symptom of?

Oh wait... You're saying there's a website out there with actual, reliable medical advice that's been checked by medical professionals and it's open to everyone? WebMD.com? I had NO IDEA!

    My best guess would just be dry skin, nothing Vaseline or moisturizing lotion can't fix.

    Do you take prescription pain killers? Some people experience really itchy skin when taking these meds (like lortab for example).

    Dry skin. Even if it doesn't look ashy it can still be dry and cause itching.
