What could the issue be??????

I have a 99 VW passat, my brake light went...so I changed it...since I changed it when I press the brake my yellow head light comes on and now my tail light is out???

    Yellow head light? Are you in France?

    You buggered something up by using the wrong bulb or something. It was working before you did the work.

    Wrong bulb or improperly installed. The brake light is feeding back to the tail light via the filament.

    Check the position that you put the bulb in.
