It's actually NOT legal, but it's not enforced. Mostly because it's impractical. You may run into problems finding a place to rent or a job to support yourself, but neither is impossible. Nor even prohibited. The cops won't hunt you down and return you to home, once you're passed 16, because you can just as easily leave again the next day. And the next. And the next. Etc. There is no crime in leaving home at 16, so they won't put you in jail. In other words, just not a whole lot they can do to enforce you staying home.
On the other hand, it's really dumb for your own sake. School is next to impossible to maintain while working for a living, and that working is minimum wage which still isn't enough to do more than barely survive. Forget college. Maybe college wasn't in your future, anyway, but dropping out of high school guarantees it, even down the road. And a GED won't get you into college. So, if you're willing to pay YEARS for the price, then move out as you choose.

yes. it is possible. actually, at either age 15 or 16 you can legally drop out of highschool (not that its a smart move or anything) at 17 you are still a minor so you might need either permission from your parents, or a court order (which you would need a resonable excuse to why you want to move out) and make sure are are fully ready to support yourself before you make a commitment like that.

Yes you can. However, your parents can make you stay at home until you turn 18.
