Gamecube Game Boy Player Zelda Four Swords Help?

I have a question about playing The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past & Four Swords for Game Boy Advance. I know you have to have 2-4 players to play Four Swords, but can this be done on a Gamecube Game Boy Player? And if so, how?

    Yes, it's possible the same way as playing on the Gameboy Advance, but one other player needs to be linked to the Gameboy Player itself via he link cable port in the front (and stay near there). The player using the GB Player can view his action on the tv, but the other(s) need to watch their own GBA screens
