POLL: do you take the good times with the bad times?

We don't have a choice ~ we MUST accept the good times with the bad. What's our alternative?

Both good times and bad times WILL come. Good times are generally easy to handle, so, the real question is: how do we handle the bad times?

I once heard that bad times can make us either better, or bitter, and it's best to put ourselves in the mindset where bad times will make us better.

All you may extremely do is take them both with a positive outlook. Ignoring them has a tendency to make issues construct up and it is going to absolutely explodes out, a minimum of for me. If I only cope with it then i'm in numerous cases extra useful off.
