I need a programme for windows that i can make a 'book cover' with! :-)

It's not something you can download, but it's called "photobucket.com". It is free, but you need an account. :( But the good news is, you can upload photos and and glittering text, stickers, borders, and play with the faded images. I have a video tutorial on it.
I use it all the time.
