Well, I can tell you that she might like you or she might not. If she directly told you she might be hinting that she likes you but if she just told you and wanted away or something she probably just wanted to say she has a dream of you.

depends what the dream was about. if was erotic then she might nbe interested in you. if it was a silly dream like you guys fighting zombies together, your just friends. as far as love, i would take it that far
