Write down lyrics, maybe several different songs worth of them, then write some songs on guitar(or whatever) and then take some lyrics and make them fit the patterwn of play and emotion of the song.
Try and get a musically inclined friend to listen and gi ve opinions and suggestions too. 4 ears are better than 2???

well i write a ton of songs! i write them when im mad sad or just bored! they really help me not to get stressed out! it works alot!
