in math i have a question?

Suppose Jim has a bank account where he spends 25% of his money each week. at the end of each week he adds 100$ to the account from his weekly earnings. Jim begins the account with 250$

How would i determine the maximum amount of money he will have??

Please explain why you got the answer.

    So if the money amount in the bank in week a (wa) is x, week a+1 (w(a+1)has 3x/4 + 100.

    If wa is to be greater than w(a+1), x has to be greater than 100.

    Since this condition is satisfied for ad infinitum, Jim would have infinite money.
