Ray Ban P, factory defect or fake?

Question

I bought the ray ban titanium, carbon fiber, polarized, reflectorized and poly-carbonate because of the  aforementioned features. My 4th model. 

However, I was flabbergasted and disappointed that, after a months usage, it scratched like anything. In nearly 30 years of wearing sunglasses, I have never experience anything like this. 

I returned it to the optical shop in one of the upscale malls and they said that it had been mishandled and nothing is wrong with their product. Further saying that I am stucked with it!

There is no other explanation I have other than to conclude that Ray Ban produced a lemon or I have a fake. 

Has anyone experienced anything like this on this product of Ray Ban?

Let me guess you bought it from one of those little stalls in the mall that are set up?

You have bought a bogus pair. If they were real where is your receipt and rayban logo sticker?  That is enogh to phone Rayban information line and complain.

And you paid the same amount as a real pair?  If so contact your governments customer complaint department in your area.  In my country they will handle the complaint and give you ideas of what you can do.  Raybans have a warranty that goes with them.  Use it.

My wife and I have deal with this amazing website and then ordered one there. Not fully impressive with the delivery service speed however did save money around 81% and content to get this discount. The quality is really good and till today never find any issues.
