Very Simple? Physics Question?

Alright , let me explain what is going on. For homework for my course, we are using an online homework manager thing. Which basically all our homework is online for my physics class. It gives you 5 Tries to get the homework correct.

My current problem is: If a child is sliding down a hill with an acceleration of meters per second Squared (acceleration).... Assuming the child started from Rest, How far would the child be after 1.0 Seconds?

I tried 1.5m but the program kicked it back as wrong? Am I stupid? or is the problem screwed up?

Update:

Acceleration is 1.5M/S^2

Update 2:

Well that is all that is given. This is a basic Problem.... There are 3 Questions like this, So its at 1 Second, 2 Seconds and 3 Seconds.

I answered 2 with : 3Meters and got it right. Tried 3 with 4.5M wrong.

a lot of information missing there.. what is the weight/mass of the child.. and what is the distance he slides down, or the angle of the hill to the ground etc..

i really can't help if the only data i know is the time and initial velocity ..
