How to grip your racquet to AVOID Tennis Elbow?

Hi, is there a certain way to grip your tennis racquet, hard or soft, or whatever other playing TECHNIQUES, in order to AVOID getting tennis elbow?

    if you want to avoid problems make sure your racquet is head light and make sure you have the right grip size if you dont have the right grip size thats the most common reason for tennis elbow because if its to big or small people will tend to grip it tighter which will cause strain and cause tennis elbow. there are guides online to measure your hand for the right grip size and if you want to increase in size you can use overgrips overlapping with the right size youe grip should be firm and you dont need to clench the grip really hard

    I had a cortisone shot 5 weeks ago, my elbow felt fine for 3 weeks but then my elbow pain came roaring back worse than before the injection.     Yes, this means 4 3/8 inches, read "four and 3/8 inches". It is a measure of the circumference of the grip without any tape on it.
