why is the skyrim wiki being blocked?

i keep trying to get onto the skyrim wiki, but any article i try to get to on the website gets redirected to a page saying its blocked by the us government firewall. whats up with that?

Update:

actually, i was reading it as i posted this. so, for anyone asking, some websites are going dark for a day to protest protect ip act and stop online piracy act. these websites should be back on thursday, the 19th.

    I don't know if Skyrim wiki has any correlation to wiki but wikii (as well as other websites) is suppose to shut down for a day tomorrow, Jan 18 because they are protesting the online privacy bill.
