Ok, so if God created the universe and everything in it?

There must be a physical explanation as to how he did it. Why do theists and atheists have such a hard time finding common ground on the question?

because our viewpoints are bias. an atheist will take a piece of evidence and make it to support their view, while theists will take the same evidence and shape it to support their view.

the difficulty in finding a common ground is in the question itself. that 'god created the universe and everything in it'. as an atheist, i do not believe god created this universe, and therefore, nothing in it. i believe it has been here far before anyone or anything was smart enough to look to a 'god' for guidance.

if you say that God is imaginary because no one can answer the question "Who made God?" you might as well say the universe is imaginary because without God no one can answer the question "Who made the universe?" a cell? an atom? who made the atom..who made the cell... it just doesnt make sense to say this was all coincidence. there has to be a higher power in control.

God needs a creator. He is imaginary. The universe always existed.
