Good. I'm glad he did.
Many of the citizens in the states where the pipeline would have run were against it.
Kudos, Mr. President, for heeding to the concerns of our neighbors.

TransCanada has not even provided an alternate route since Nebraska has refused them access. The promised jobs go mostly to CURRENT TransCanada employees. It's a foreign company using *our* land to transport *their* oil. Oh, you thought we were getting it?

A foolish decision. It would have eliminated the need to buy oil from 'enemy' Muslim countries and created up to 20,000 jobs for Americans.
