Poll: What wakes you up in the morning ?

My cats sometimes wake me up. Usually it's Kissie because she sleeps on my bed every night and lets me know if she needs some food in her dish. Other times, I just wake up for unknown reason or because I set my alarm. At night, I fall asleep to the TV. It helps. I can guess the answer to the second part - does it begin with a "B"? ; ) Thanks, and you have a lovely day/night, too, sis!

it's my back... for some unknown reason it starts to ache between 4:30 and 6:00 in the morning.

if I'm lucky, I can sleep until 7:00 before it wakes me up. Once I get up, I'm fine.

I know it isn't my bed, I've slept on various beds and it still happens.

Being warm and cozy and tired puts me to sleep. that's easy...

oh, and Reading the Old Testament will put me to sleep realllyy fast.

An alarm clock and an alarm on my telephone. Then a sprint of water on my face. or maybe then, i'm nevertheless like the strolling lifeless for a jiffy. No, I doubt a carebear might desire to wake me up.

Nothing. I just wake up by myself at four am or so.

Wakes up: loud boat horn at 6am

Puts to sleep: burning incenses

I wake up with an alarm..

I fall asleep to the tv

my alarm :(

it plays a song of my choice tho

but I've come to hate every song I've set as an alarm so far

I need a clear conscience to fall asleep..that's why I'm an insomniac

My inbuilt alarm clock tells my body it is time to go to the loolo

A stupid bird outside my window that likes to squawk right when the sun rises.
