There are lots of theories. Most commonly mentioned are Iraq and Turkey. One says the state of Virginia because some of the plants mentioned for the garden of Eden supposedly grow only there. And some theories are just nuts: Middle Earth, Mars, and Earth's moon.

The bible doesn't state an exact location of The Garden of Eden in Genesis.

However many historians say it was where the Euphates and Tigris Rivers meet in Iraq.

Others say it was where Jerusalem is.

I say was was in the bible times the climate was wetter in those areas than it is now.

Some believe it wasn't even on this planet. Another theory was in Iraq, the Tigris and Euphrates rives being 2 of the 4 rivers mentioned in the bible.

I've read speculation before that it is most likely somewhere around Turkey. But God has an angel guarding it's entrance. My guess is that it is in a different dimension and that is why we can't see it today.
