How do I get inside this building in Batman Arkham city?
There is a building that is covered in vines that on the map is the is in the north east (top/right) corner connected to another building with a walkway. There is a gate with a sign that says Do Not Enter and beyond the gate the is a grate that looks like it can only be opened from beneath. I don't see a way to get there at all. The building is right on the edge of the map so when you fly towards it it kicks you back. When I am in detective mode I can see there is a door I can open on the other side of the walkway but I can't get to it.
Is this a Cat Woman thing? Is what is in that building worth it (provide I can get in it) ?

You can only use Catwoman. That's in one of her episodes were she enters it to get Poison Ivy. That's the only way you can get in.

Yeah that Catwoman only. When it is a vent/grate on a ceiling only Catwoman can enter. I believe that is Poison Ivy's hideout which Catwoman visits in the story.

That sounds like a Cat Women area. She has the abililty to crawl upside down on chain-linked surfaces, and will use the gate to flip to the other side and back.
