If its genetic/heriditry ie, it black is your orginal colour , than cant do anything, but can reduce to some extent. If ur face colour is fair normally, due to some reason its become black then u can regain ur colour back by some home made remedies tips, and by applying whietning creams that suits your skin type.
Home remedies to whiten the skin-certain home made packs and remedies are really helpful in giving you a lighter and whiter complexion.
Dry orange peels in sun. When they are fully dried, grind them in a mixture and make powder. Add raw milk to it, make a paste and apply it on your skin everyday. Rinse it off with lukewarm water when dries. It's tested pack for skin whitening.
Take sandalwood powder, add lemon juice, tomato juice, cucumber juice to it, make a paste and apply on the skin till it dries to get a brighter, lighter and even skin tone.
Gram flour has whitening agents to it. Take 2 spoonfuls of gram flour; add a pinch of turmeric to it, few drops of lemon juice and few drops of milk cream. Make it a paste and apply on the skin. When it dries scrub it off. It can be applied all over the body everyday.
Soak almonds in water overnight. Peel them off in the morning. Make a paste and add honey to it. Apply it on face and scrub it off when dries to make skin whiter and glowing.
Potatoes have bleaching agents in them their juice is quite helpful in giving an even skin tone. Reduce pigmentation and blemishes. It can be applied on the skin everyday to get it whiter.
Get 3 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and an egg white then mix them together. Apply this mixture on your skin and let it stay for 10 minutes then wash it off with milk. Just repeat this procedure for you to see some improvements. To have a better effect, you need to make a paste by mixing flour and milk. Apply it on your face and let it stay for 15 minutes. Use warm water to wash it off. This mixture will give enough moisture to your face.
Eating foods that are rich in vitamin C will help a lot to lessen melanin production however; taking in too much of it may cause kidney stones. It is always good to bathe using a papaya herbal soap. Papaya soap works very well if you use it daily. It can take some time for you to be able to see the result but this product is really effective. To always have a skin that is lighter, avoid always staying under the sun especially during peak times. Sunscreen is very important even if you are not planning to be exposed directly to the sun and wear sunglasses for your protection. Don’t use bleach because it can cause burning. If you prefer skin-whitening products then you should make sure to read the ingredients
These are the effective ways on how to make your skin whiter. Try to practice them everyday and you can get the results that you desire without spending too much for expensive products and treatments. You have to be consistent with these steps to get a beautiful whiter skin.

If you want to look mature, make sure that no matter what, you are clean... make sure your clothes are neat and make sure your hair isn't too greasy. The teenage years are greasy years for most people's hair. Get shampoos and conditioners for oily hair. They're easy to find and will help with your presentation a lot. Go to Kohls and Gordmans if you have any in your area for good deals on cute clothes. If you aren't gifted in any way with clothes (and I'm not), look at yourself in the mirror when you think you're all ready in the morning... then think of yourself from someone else's point of view and ask what is going through that person's mind. You know, you don't have to change how you look then... I dressed weirdly for years and I even got made fun of a bit for it, but because I liked who I was it didn't matter. Still, it is a good idea to see yourself not just from your own point of view but from other people's. Be aware of how the world views you even if you don't really care. And you will need to care one day.

Well if you need to do this for a play or something then just go to the store and buy some very pale foundation. If you are asking how to do this for good... Well you should just hang that up. You are fine the way you are,

Aw, I really hope you don't have too hard of a time with the girls, they can be vicious. Try to mind your own business, don't get involved in gossip or situations where your dignity/self-respect could be compromised, and have a good group of close friends who you can trust. For boys.... Don't get too involved. You're not a baby, but at the pre-teen age, dating isn't a smart idea because no one is ready for the responsibility and boys are pretty immature. It's fine to like them, boys can be wonderful friends and good comic relief! I wouldn't want you to think it was wrong/bad to like them haha. Just be friends for now, invest in good relationships now so your romantic relationships later in life will have a good foundation. For beauty stuff- Wash your face every day with a face cleanser from Clean & Clear(I love the morning burst cleanser), Neutrogena(the new Wave cleanser and their oil-free acne free wash is good), or ProActiv(beware, its expensive and can be harsh if used every day so try Neutrogena or C&C). Make sure to moisturize so your skin glows and feels soft. Once a week, use a washcloth to exfoliate, or use a face scrub with beads(like Clean and Clear, because St. Ives has nut shells in it and it hurts sometimes). Shower every day. Use a body wash with a scent you like. Good brands are Suave(lots of different scents, but can dry some people's skin out if used on sensitive skin), Bath & Body works, and anything from Aveeno. Use a body lotion like Olay Quench. Taking a daily multivitamin can help make your hair and skin look nice. Wash your hair with a shampoo like Herbal Essences(a big variety, their new shampoos have a lot of different ones for the look you want- volume, curls, no-frizz, hydrating, etc...), Sunsilk(similar to HE), Tresseme, BioSilk, or L'Oreal. If your hair gets frizzy, use Herbal Essences None of Your Frizzness Leave-In Creme. Rub it through your hands and just finger-comb it through your hair while wet and then blow-dry it with a nozzle attachment and paddle brush if you wish to. You should probably wait until you're about 13 to wear makeup(young girls wearing makeup looks trashy very often, and we dont want that). If you want a little something extra, just make sure to take care of your skin so it's clear and pretty(no concealer or foundation needed throughout your teen years- well, at least not for now) ask your parents if you can wear a little bit of lipgloss and some clear mascara. Abercrombie is pretty pricey, so if you like their clothes, I suggest browsing clearance as often as possible. Regular prices are pretty steep but clearance prices are decent. Some basics every girl should have: Skinny/straight leg jeans(pretty easy to find) Jean shorts Cotton shorts(maybe a plaid print, or plain color) Jean skirt Some cute belts(woven, leather, etc) Lots of graphic tees(just regular ones that have little sayings or brand names if you don't mind having it on your tops, cute colors- black, white, pink, blue, brown, green, etc...) Tank tops are a must(old navy is good for these! have a lot of different colors to layer under tees or with other tank tops) Fashion tanks(these are usually those printed ones with the babydoll cut at american eagle, abercrombie, hollister, etc... they're perfect over a plain tank in the summer!) A printed scarf Leggings(basic black, maybe some bright colors) Long tunics for over leggings(lindsay lohan style) Knit hat(have you seen those ones they had at Hollister in the summer/fall season last year? they're selling them still at stores like Charlotte Russe and probably Old navy) A few cute sundresses(old navy has TONS of these in different patterns and styles that are really cool, you can find them at charlotte russe and ltd too, also) Cute shoes like vans or converse! Flipflops of course, for summer Some outfit ideas are jeans with layered tops and a pair of converse. If you like sandals, flip flops and the toned-down gladiator style sandals look really cute with skinny jeans and tanks. For this summer: Tunic Leggings Sandals Scarf or the Hat Sundress Flip Flops Some dangly earrings(i'm 15 and i still love claire's) Bracelet When you start school again next year: Jeans Tank under a tee or fashion tank Converse or Vans Hoodie from A&F or Gap I suggest getting all of your clothes out and spending a couple hours or a day on the weekend to put together outfits you like. If you need inspiration, ask an older sister or friend(or a parent) to help you find pictures of celebs in magazines for cute outfits. Good luck P.S.- Don't listen to people saying things like 'When you become mature' and 'You shouldn't even be on this site'. I think those are all very immature and belittling things to say. Most likely, you're more mature than they think. As people get older, especially in their later teens and that age group, they forget what it was like when they were younger. You're NOT a baby, you're just younger than other people. Hold on to your youth, but handle yourself well. Don't think you're better than people or forget your parents rules/advice, because when you exhibit good behavior and obedience it shows you are mature.
