BABY FORMULA-PREPARED WRONG- STRESSING!?

Ive just had surgery, and because of this i have been unable to care for my son.

in this time ive had my best friends sister (she is 15) care for my little man

anyway. The dad has also been watching him at night time.

I told her to put 4 scoops of formula to 200mls of boiled water

somehow she has understood that it is only 2 scoops to 200mls

So, it has been 4 days of this. the dad knows how to prepare correctly. but she said one of us told her 2. Even on the amound of medication i am on, i dont think i could mispronounce the wourd four.

anyway, this isnt the point

is there any harm to my son?

for some reason he has been sleeping longer and been alot happier. his poo's are also less solid. But i'm wondering, should i be stressing?

he is 4 and a half months old.

I don't think there is any reason for worry, he was just getting more "watery" formula, i.e. it was less caloric then it's supposed to be, which explains his less solid poo. You can of course get confirmation from your pediatrician, or midwife.

The status element inflicting bow-legged-ness is an previous different halves tale. yet my dad is an identical! each time my son has a cough he says = you will get that checked and make useful that is no longer meningilcocal ailment! My sister lives in northern Queensland the place there's a dengue fever outbreak and he lies conscious at nighttime freaking out that her and her little ones are all gonna get it! My entire being pregnant he replaced into destructive... asserting issues like, nicely i desire no longer something is going incorrect = all as a results of fact i'm the ripe previous age of 34!!! He drives me crazzzzy! in direction of the tip of my being pregnant my mil (consistent with say) asked me how the infant replaced into doing, I stated "that is superb" and he or she "WHAT??" "are you extreme?" and appeared to my companion with a in touch look on her face, and he stated in a spelling-it-out kinda way "that is... superb..." and he or she "oh my god! i presumed you stated it replaced into blind!"

Don't stress. I'm sure if there were some sort of issue, it would have already presented itself. He's probably lethargic due to low calorie intake, and has more liquid poop due to the fluid/milk imbalance..both can be remedied at the next feed.

I don't think it's a probley, I think he'll be fine, but you can always take him to a doctor if you are too stressed about it, or call a midwife.

ask ur doctor. i dont think it would hurt him for only 4 days but just to b shure ask ur dr. good luck darlin
