@ Pixie-actually it was from all the outrage over the bill. Millions of calls, emails and signed petitions.

    anytime he cancels the vote.they don't have enough to pass it or it would pass and make them look bad

    My thoughts are that Senators and Congressmen in both parties are frightened about the political fallout for anybody that supports that bill. Your not going to see this bill come up again before the election
