I am trying to connect my LG tv to the internet (22LD350-ZA). it has a PCMCIA slot, and i have plugged a card in, but i an not sure how to proceed. the menu has no options for it. it is software version 03.02.02 it it helps.

the tv has to have an ethernet socket at the back and a usb for wifi (LAN) adaptor

you might have usb but you still need an ethernet socket on the back of the tv, without that you can not connect to the internet and another thing its only top of the range tv's that have internet access

and the PCMCIA slot is for pay tv top up tv card (gold, espn, sky sports etc etc) NOT for the internet

some people would NOT want to spend £59.99 upwards for a wifi (LAN) adaptor when an ethernet lead is cheaper and the hub/routar is just next to the tv that is why an ethernet port is requires,,

soz your tv does NOT have an internet function

Go to the Lg website and live chat with a rep. If you can do this, they will tell ya how. Good luck
