How To Make Yourself Throw Up?

I don't want all my comments to say "OMG thats not good for you" because really i dont care. I want to lose weight because I am fat. I was wondering if there is another way to make yourself throw up besides sticking you finger down your throat? Remember that I am only 13. I am not going to drink a ton of beer until I throw up.

    Well if that's what you want but it makes me feel sad.... maybe you should see a therapist and talk about it to your mom but here are some things that will make you throw up :(

    1. smell something absolutely DISGUSTING.

    2. Ok I know it's grosse but ask someone to show you their booger... and tell them to try to tuch your face with it. I know it disgusting but it works

    3. make yourself dizzy, turn around really fast until you throw up.

    No one likes Throwing Up, but sometimes it's inevitable. Vomiting is the body's Natural reaction to the introduction of substances or Irritation in the gut. In most cases, the Vomiting will be irregular and harmless. Forcefully doing it is a bad way to Lose Weight. Here's a much better way to Lose Weight and keep it off..

    Make a cup of warm water then put 1 table spoon of mustard in it and mix it up. Drink it very fast. I read online that it takes about twenty min to make you throw up. But I used it to help me make my self with my finger. After you drink it go to the bathroom and use your fingers to make yourself throwup and it will all come out. (This is if your like me and its hard to make yourself throw up with your finger) I've only made my self throw up with my finger once before I tried this.

    Look at or smell something extremely disgusting for an hour and you'll probably throw up. An example would be dog poop

    Look if I wear you a good way to loose weight fast is try eating a small breakfast, for lunch something light then eat well for dinner that will make you loose weight ohh and also do a sport you love that's always a great addition

    If you want to lose weight, throwing up is not the answer (unless you do it after eating something unhealthy), because lack of food will decrease muscles which eat fat. Thats why models looks like bones.

    To lose fat, you need to eat healthy. You can eat a ton of celery, carrots, apples and broccoly as they have negative calories, and you need to work out. No long distance cardio, tjat will only kill calories. To lose weight, go to a gym and lift weights. Abd dont take light weights. Google haw many reps to take for different results (recomend 3 rounds and 8-10 reps) and work up a real sweat. This will get rid of your fat, and whan you lose it, it will help you not getting it back.

    In short:

    Eat celery, carrots, apples and broccoly, run after you eat something unhealty, and work out hard.

    ps: cyceling helps get rid of anoying belly fat.

    pps: go to reddit/getmotivated to help motivate yourself.

    Its true that it isnt good for you but I'm not going to give you a lecture on it but really it doesnt really help you loose weight it will actually get you sick. If you eat and throw up its pretty much like you didnt eat at all so why eat in the first place... Really you should maybe just look into going on a diet plan and work out. Drinking milk instead of eating is actually healthy. Milk keeps you full or you can have fruit smoothies they are tasty and healthy you won't gain anymore weight from them.

    add things to your drink to make them smell really bad, if you have a bad gag reflex it might work. or you can use your toothbrush and brush waaay in the back of your tongue. but remember that making yourself throw up can be very unhealthy. this is not a way to lose weight! your still young and you body is still growing and managing your weight. join a sport, start eating healthy, take jogs. skinny is not healthy. im 18 5'5 and 100lbs but my health is the same as an overweight person because my lack of exercise.

    You wont lose fat that way. Think of something you like to do. Dance? Any sports? I know its annoying and hard to hear or even do but throwing up keeps you fat. What makes you fat is what you put in your body and what is absorbed by it. I read a book on bolemic girls. They eat and eat then throw it up but your body still takes in the fat sadly. You can't throw up what your body absorbs. You're gonna have to suck it up and stop being stubborn. I hate to be mean but laziness like that is what's keeping you fat. You need to walk more and sit less. Dancing helps me keep it fun flirty and fit.

    I won't tell you it's not good for you, but I will tell you this: I used to be somewhat bulimic. I didn't lose any weight from doing this and I had a hard time keeping anything down if I ate very much since my body was used to it. I got some help, stopped doing it, and lost weight by eating healthier (it's not much fun, I know, but it IS more effective) and riding my bicycle everywhere I went.
