Its a posionous plant so it may not be sold. But, if I were you I would try calling local nurseries and seeing if they can get it for you and if not you may have to see if it grows anywhere near your area. Some places allow you to go in and dig up plants and replant them in your own yard, but you would need to call someone to make sure that was legal. Being as I don't know where you are from, it makes it hard to say exactly. Good luck on your search though!

The plant is used to make Strychnine a deadly poisonous chemical used in pesticides and rat poisons. I don't think you can legally import one in the US, or grow them without a government permit from EPA and USDA. Most of these are grown in India. EPA regulations state that you cannot possess a concentration of more than 0.5% due to the possibility of absorption through the skin. It would be risk to all around you if not quarantined correctly. transmitter to motorneurons and interneurons in the spinal cord, is affected bystrychnine. Strychnine acts as a selective competitive antagonist to block theinhibitory effects of glycine at all glycine receptors. The convulsant action ofstrychnine results from interference with postsynaptic inhibition normallymediated by glycine. The human health assessment for strychnine is based on the acute toxicity for the technical and is described below. Because of the high acute toxicity via the oral and ocular routes, subchronic and chronic data were not required. In the 12 absence of inhalation data and based on the high acute oral and ocular toxicity, a default toxicity category of I was assigned for acute inhalation. A confirmatory 21-day dermal study is required to describe the dermal absorption. Additional data are also required to describe the acute toxicity of the end-use products intended for homeowner use.
